1. Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
Some items are non-returnable, including eartips due to hygiene reasons. Eartips provided in earphone products should be returned along with the item's full packaging

3. Restocking Fee:
A restocking fee of 20% of the Purchase Price will be applied to all eligible returns. This fee is designed to cover the costs associated with processing and restocking returned items.

4. How to Initiate a Return:

Include the order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.

5. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping must be trackable. A return will be processed only when we have received the item.

6. Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, minus the restocking fee.

7. Exchanges:
